Canadian Gaming Association president/CEO Paul Burns joined the Gaming News Canada Show podcast from London the final day of the ICE conference. Burns also summarized the activity Canadian style from ICE, which moves to Barcelona in 2025, and about a Canadian roundtable which included Ontario Attorney General Doug Downey and iGaming Ontario executive director Martha Otton. Phill Gray also spoke about his week in jolly olde England.

Alannah Della Vedova, the director of content activation and brand for FanDuel, returned to the pod and discussed the operator’s partnership with Bell Media ahead of Super Bowl LVIII, Taylor Swift and the popularity of novelty bets for the NFL championship game. Gray and Kris Abbott later joined in for some sports wagering talk about the Chiefs-Niners tilt.
